This competition is aimed at university students as well as talented individuals already working within or outside the automotive sector, launched by Ennis & Co in partnership with Autocar. The Drivers of Change initiative is aimed at encouraging fresh new talent to the automotive industry within the retail, technology and digital areas.
Age or experience is irrelevant. Above all, entrants should be original thinkers with brilliant ideas to challenge the status quo. The winners in each of the three categories will receive a £5,000 prize, a prestigious award and networking opportunities with leading industry figures.

If you have an innovative idea with real commercial potential, then #Converge2020 can get you there faster with training, support and big cash prizes. Open to university staff, students and graduates across Scotland until 14 May.
Choose from three challenge categories:
Converge Challenge – for new business ideas with strong commercial potential and a solid intellectual property foundation
Creative Challenge – for innovative, new business ideas within Scotland’s creative industries sector
Impact Challenge – for innovative, new businesses with a social or environmental mission at their core
Applications are welcomed from any industry sector and for both product and service-based ideas.
